Pelle Journal Giveaway!

Welcome to Gourmet Pens's very first giveaway! This giveaway is in celebration of a new sponsor and I thought this item would be very appropriate!
Pelle Packaged
Do you know what's in here...?
Up for grabs is a medium Pelle journal in burnt cognac, as seen here:
M Pelle Journal Burnt Cognac
TA DA! Helloooo? Is it meeee you're looking for?
Here's how to enter: (Sorry if it's a lot of work but hey, it's a pretty cute journal!)

GREAT NEWS: Worldwide giveaway - this giveaway is open to everyone, everywhere!

1. Leave a comment on this blog post - perhaps tell me what you'd do with a Pelle journal of your very own!

Optional extra entries:

2. 'Like' GourmetPens on Facebook. Come back and leave a separate comment with your Facebook ID. If you have already done so previously, just leave your ID in a separate comment.

3. Follow @GourmetPens on Twitter. Come back and leave a separate comment with your Twitter name. If you are already a follower, just leave your Twitter name in a separate comment.

4. Tweet about the giveaway, linking back to this post and be sure to tag @GourmetPens. Come back and leave a separate comment with your status update. To get the link to your status update, click on "Open" on the right side of the tweet, then click on "Details" at the bottom once it expands.

5. Click here and peruse for a pen/pencil/marker/crayon etc that you would want to use in your very own Pelle. Come back and leave a link to the item of your choice in a separate comment.

Think of each comment like a ballot put in a draw - if you write all your entries on one piece, that only ends up being one entry. In total, you are able to leave FIVE separate comments - this counts as five entries in the draw.

All entries must be in by Sunday, April 22 at 11:59 pm CST. Winner will be announced here on Gourmet Pens on Monday, April 23rd and whoever wins will have one week to email me. If that winner doesn't contact me, I'll pick another winner. (Really now. Who wouldn't want to contact me if they won this?)

Good luck!

  24. Hello - I'd use my Pelle journal in a million different ways over the course of it's life!  Right now I need a tough, flexible notebook/journal to monitor my recovery from "stupid-leg-itis" , note all the ups and downs, note all my physio exercises (and record my daily physio) sessions - having the Pelle with me from when I get surgery through to my aim of running a 5km race* a year later would be a great asset.

    * OK, fun run.... :)

  132. If I won this journal, I would fill it with my own custom bound notebooks. I have been searching for a cover like this one for use as my Daily Journal, so if I don't win it, I would surely buy one anyway. Making journals has been a wonderful part of my life for nearly 10 years now. It would be so nice to use this lovely journal to protect my favorite papers.

    ReplyDelete
  133. If I won this Journal, I would write my Daily Journaling with a Black Kaweco Liliput Al Fountain Pen with a Fine Nib. It is the best pen (imho) for journaling while out and about. I have kept a daily journal for over 10 years and I always wanted to try to do it with this pen. I believe it would be great to combine the two for a small sized on-the-go journaling kit.

The pen can be seen Here: http://www.jetpens.com/Kaweco-Liliput-Al-Fountain-Pen-Fine-Nib-Black-Body/pd/7093

  137. What I'd do with this pretty Pelle journal: I'd love to review it on my blog, that would be the first thing I would do. Then I'll most likely use it as a diary, either for travelling or for everyday rants!

    ReplyDelete
  138. And ohhhhhh I've been wishing for a Pilot Prera and this colour looks perfect! http://www.jetpens.com/Pilot-Prera-Clear-Body-Fountain-Pen-Fine-Nib-Translucent-Blue-Accent/pd/6585
Would be nice to clip this on the side of the Pelle Journal and carry both around!

  139. I have never been the sort of person to believe that having an exceptional notebook would make me a better writer, but in light of this marvelous Pelle giveaway, I am beginning to think such an attitude is mistaken.  Clothes, as they say, make the man -- perhaps notebook will make the writer.

    ReplyDelete
  140. Hmm, I think I'd be inclined to turn this into a travel journal. Stickers on pages marking places I've been, and each nick in the leather telling a story.

    ReplyDelete
  141. As for pen to use

    ReplyDelete
  142. I would have a companion to the midori notebook I just ordered.

    ReplyDelete
  143. I would use it to chronicle my up move to France. Everything will be included from the highs to the lows. The written word to sketches. It will serve as my memories in future years.

    ReplyDelete
  144. This remarkable journal would be a perfect way to chronicle one's life.

  147. This is a gorgeous notebook.  If I was so lucky as to win it, I think I would use it for my daily journal, or maybe write poetry in it... or doodle sketches and mandalas... or use it as a book journal... or maybe all of the above if I can't decide!

    ReplyDelete
  148. As for a pen to use in it, how can I choose just one?  But I've been looking at this one for quite a while, so perhaps if I win this notebook I'll finally give in to its call:
