Organics Studio Arsenic Grey shades well and is quite well-behaved, without any outstanding characteristics (such as a sheen - imagine a green sheen on this...). It's a solid, standard grey that is sure to fill that "grey ink" need in your collection. At this price, it's hard to argue with. Someone suggested I should stop reporting the taste of the ink because it might encourage others to taste their ink and that might be seen as a negative influence to some readers...

This ink was provided free of charge for review purposes. Wasn't paid for my opinion, y'all. I'm completely honest, so all opinions you read here are my own.
Thanks for the review, can't say I've been looking for a grey hue but this one I like. I guess we'll never know then if it tastes as salty as the Noodlers brand.
ReplyDeleteAzizah not tasting ink? - not going to happen.
ReplyDeleteI, for one, seem to be able to resist any temptation you may inspire to try a dram or two sampling from my ink collection.
Keep reporting your impressions on the bouquet and lingering. Definitely part of the charm or your reviews. I would miss it.
Every time I read your reviews of Organics Studio inks, I remember the review you did of their Emily Dickinson pink/magenta, which I am going to buy someday.
ReplyDeleteI really like the color of this one!
ReplyDeleteHa! That one remains my favourite. It stood out by far from many inks I've tried. It just screams "LOVE ME!!!!" and it's hard to argue with that. Excellent choice, that one!
ReplyDeleteYou're most welcome! I rarely seek out greys but it's always nice to have a good grey on hand. I have the Iroshizuku grey as well but this one behaves just as well and has a great colour. Can't complain! ... It's probably less salty than Noodler's. not saying that from experience or anything.... just taking a very educated guess.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. It isn't going to happen lol. I shall resume ink flavour reports shortly. I'm sure the ink companies that may come across these reviews will wonder "what the hell..." hahahaha
ReplyDeleteFun fact: My wife, Audrey, named this ink.
