PROS

• Well-behaved ink - no feathering, minimal show through, no bleed through.
• A bit of green sheen. 
• Saturated, rich color.
• Looks great in all nibs!
• Great for hand lettering and art work.
• Such a lovely, serene color.

CONS

• Short, squat bottle that is a pain to fill from after the first one or two fills!
• If you don't like the smell of ink, these might bother you. They have an acrylic scent that does not linger too long but if you are sensitive to smells, it may deter you.

OVERALL

Kobe inks are produced by Sailor in Japan, and Sailor inks are well known for their super saturated, gorgeous colors in perhaps slightly annoying bottles. Marchais Blue is a beautiful blue with great shading. I absolutely love it and it's the first one I wanted to review from the available line up!
