The Sazerac is a local New Orleans variation of a cognac or whiskey cocktail, named for the Sazerac de Forge et Fils brand of cognac brandy that served as its original main ingredient. The drink is most traditionally a combination of cognac or rye whiskey, absinthe, Peychaud's Bitters, and sugar, although bourbon whiskey or Herbsaint are sometimes substituted. - WikipediaColor: Orange

OVERALL
I have seen other colors from Papier Plume that appeal to me more than Sazerac. Although I love yellows and oranges, this one was just not saturated enough for me. I like oranges and yellows that pop off the page and are wild with shading. I like the origins of the ink, the name, the label, and the packaging. If the drink or history appeals to you, you could do worse than invest in a $12 bottle of ink! It's cute, so if the color is for you, go for it.
