Thank you to Appelboom for sending this ink for a review! Like many of you out there, Le Petit Prince is a special story from the days of being a little one, so I was quite curious to see what Montblanc had done with this.

PROS

• Nice color, very legible, even with finer writers.
• Pretty bottle!
• The bottle is easy to fill from.
• Easy to store/stack on your shelf.
• Easy to clean.
• Shades beautifully.
• A larger bottle of ink is nice - more ink than the little Special Edition bottles!
• Great design on the box.

CONS

• A larger bottle of ink costs quite a bit.
• The color looks best in wide, wet nibs if you are looking for shading.

OVERALL

This is a slightly unusual color but it's really perfect for a red fox - it has an orange-brown-red color and the fur is not all consistently the same color so if we could blend it all, this is probably the color would be. The bottle is great, the packaging is great, the color is interesting enough to add to your collection, and it behaves really well.
