PROS

• Nice color, very legible, even with finer writers.
• Pretty bottle!
• The bottle is easy to fill from.
• Easy to store/stack on your shelf.
• Shades beautifully.
• A larger bottle of ink is nice - more ink than the little Special Edition bottles!
• Great design on the box.
• Water resistant.

CONS

• The larger bottle of ink costs quite a bit.
• The color looks best in wide, wet nibs if you are looking for shading.
• A little dry. 

OVERALL

If you're looking for a grey ink with more going on than just grey, the Spider Web Grey is quite interesting. It looks fantastic as an ink wash, in broad nibs, and is work appropriate and water-resistant. The bottle is great, the packaging is great, the color is interesting enough to add to your collection, and it behaves really well. Not inexpensive, though.
