Writing with a Sailor Pro Gear Turquoise Blue fountain pen from Wancher in Japan. This is a H-M nib that writes like a dream, as you can see. Not scratchy, a touch of feedback, wet, flawless writing experience. My expectations of Sailor nibs are pretty high and this one did not disappoint.
Please enjoy this wee video of this gorgeous writer and if you don't already have a Sailor, ask yourself, why the heck not??

Back when Conway Stewart was still around - they have since been bought by British Bespoke - they had commissioned Diamine to produce some ink for them. This is one of my favorites they created - it's just a simple, clean, classic blue. It's hard to go wrong with it. It might not be terribly exciting but I like it.

Cross Blue is a classic ink that has been around for a while. Believe it or not, I like washable blue colors after years of hating them, so Cross Blue is fine by me.

I have dreamt of swimming in Nakayas but this is the next best thing - eight Nakayas to enjoy! I hope this video tickles your fancy and remember - 7/8 of these do not belong to me :) I just have really awesome friends who trust me way more than they should. Or they did before I said that. This is just for fun. It's not a review. Just eye candy.

Cross Black is a classic ink that has been around for a while. I'm not crazy about black inks in general and I find this one a little dry, but there you go. It's relatively easy to find and it's not a complicated ink to work with.
Canoodling with the Franklin-Christoph Penvelope Six Leather Pen Case in Boot Brown Leather! Well, the pens are canoodling with the case. I'm just exposing their activities. What? A superb case that easily houses six pens but if you cray you can stuff in something like 13. Best with full size/clipped pens for easier handling but I've been known to stuff all sorts of things in it. Wow. Never write these things when you're having a questionable day.
Thank you to Franklin-Christoph for sending this over for me to check out and share with you. This has been highly requested for, come to think of it, YEARS.
Ever wondered about the Cross Peerless 125 fountain pens? I'll give you a quick tour of the Platinum Medalist. Did you know Sailor makes these nibs? I was pleasantly thrilled! Thanks to Appelboom for loaning me this pen for a review! Discount code for 10% off - friend. No commission, just a sweet deal for you.

This ink came before Caran d'Ache's Earth series and you may recognize the bottle from J. Herbin's modern line up. I don't know who made the ink but perhaps we can assume Caran d'Ache had J. Herbin making them? The Turquoise Green is an exquisite shader - just the kind of color I love. Another disappointment that it's discontinued. My favorite and closest match so far is Toucan Aqua, which I have run out of as well. Le sigh.
