Wet and Wise! Wise and Wet! Wet and Inky! Ok. This lovely custom fountain pen was sent to me by Nabi over at Wet and Wise in Belgium. He reached out to me and I was very happy to oblige with picking a fountain pen - and because I was able to select what I wanted, I received a fantasy custom pen in hand and as such, I am biased in that I love it. I'm happy to share this with you and also the writing experience is divine and it's pretty and crystal clear.
Oh. Also. I received this free of charge so I could share my thoughts with you and do fun things. I hope this has been helpful and thank you for reading/viewing. The Franklin-Christoph music nib is one of my favorite nibs to play with. It's available as a separate unit for $35USD and it's great because it works in your pens that take JoWo nib units, including your Franklin-Christoph pens obviously.

Woohoo! A chonker! Sailor's zoom nibs are definitely my favorite of their offerings - aside from the specialty ones, but the zoom is great for all things lettering, doodling, inking profusely, and modifying. This zoom is on Goldspot's newest exclusive color - the British Racing Green! It's a fun, chill green that won't make sparkle-haters puke. Enjoy!

A short, innocent visit to Phidon Pens in Cambridge, Ontario led to this video! I mean there are things in between such as Fountain Pen Day (well, weekend. MONTH, as it should be.) and picking a TWSBI to share with you. My thanks to Phidon Pens for providing this EF beauty - extra-fine because it's beautiful and I love rose gold and clear pens and extra-fine because it's an EF nib. For real. Check out their TWSBI selection here, including the new Iris 700R or this Rose Gold piston-filler.

Ah, today we have another treat of a nib to look at. I've reviewed the set of Platinum nibs before as well as some individual nibs but the most recent video of the set of nibs was back in January 2019! Time flies, things change, tastes grow, and knowledge and skills improve. Hopefully. In the last two years, I have been really exploring hand lettering and experimenting more with - what I think are artistic uses, anyway - of fountain pen ink and nibs. The Platinum double broad/coarse nib is right up my alley for this, on a trusty, solid pen. Thank you to Pen Chalet for providing this pen, just in time for Fountain Pen Day and Fat Nib Friday!
